The first instance of the rules are the "Fraughtian Resolution of 2015" and the "Rights of a Fraughtian". These set up the basics for all future versions of the rules.
This is the first public version of the rules was this version of the Protocol of 2016, drafted by FraughtMovie, Legos and Ichigo. It expanded upon the two previous documents.
The Protocol of 2016 would be revised in 2018 by both FraughtMovie and GayMerMan4REALZ. It would try and standardize most of the articles in the previous revision. It's development was short-lived as a major revision started to be worked on.
The Protocol of 2018 would be drafted by both FraughtMovie and GayMerMan4REALZ. It made an attempt to address the new challenges posed by the expansion into Discord.
The Protocol of 2018 would be replaced by the Rules of the Community (ROTC). This document would be drafted mainly by FraughtMovie, though would be revised by the "Congress" (staff) of the time.
The ROTC had a minor revision which added "corporations" an attempt to make a free-lance system similar to that of the current Minister system.
The 2/5/20 revision of the ROTC was yet another minor revision which added Tribunes in an attempt to give more power and votes to the community's many servers at the time.
This ROTC proposal was an attempt to reform the community after the Controlled Collapse of 2020 by JackTheGamingGuy. However, it was not presented in favor of the ROTC 2.0.
ROTC 2 was the next major revision of the rules. It was created in the wake of the Controlled Collapse of 2020, which left Caveton as the community's only server.
This is essentially this revision of the ROTC (2.1) that was being worked on until it the development moved to this website.
